Shipping and Returns
The postage for most of the european neighbour countries (insurance included) is 20.00 €. Please ask for all other countries. DHL will deliver at your door (3-5 days). Smaller parcels will be sent by Deutsche Post "Einschreiben" (Insurance included).

Films only can be delivered after an age control. We send them by Deutsche Post "Einschreiben Übergabe eigenhändig". Please have your identity card to show the postperson.
Unfortunately we are not able to send items by cod to foreign countries. Please use international bank advice or credit card. Thanks for your understanding.

All parcels are packed very discretely and are sent by SEXCLUSIVITAETEN.
If you check your bank statements, there will only be written the name of the owner of sexclusivitaeten: Barbara Merziger and Exclusivitäten.

Your parcel will be sent within a week, after you have paid the items and the money is on our bank account:

There can be a delay, when we produce special items with special measures for you or an item is not available, because we import from far away. Please be patient, we appreciate your understanding.

Wrapping philosophy: We recycle all package materials for environment politics. The whole neighbourhood in Kreuzberg collect boxes and cases for us which supports the local communication.
